The CFC Help Desk provides support to employees, military personnel, retirees, charities and other individuals who have questions or need additional information about the Zone-specific activities of the CFC 2017 Worldwide Campaign, including:

  • Training
  • Events and activities
  • Campaign support
  • Supplies 

NOTE: All questions about donations will be referred to the Give Back Foundation—the CFC Central Campaign Administrator (CCA), and organization responsible for all donor and donation-related questions.

The CFC Help Desk will be open during regular business hours: 9am-6pm Eastern.  All calls and emails will be tracked for regular reporting.  Calls and emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
